We use our knowledge, know how and experience in picking out the components that will perform, last the longest and be the quietest. The truth of matter is that most times you are paying for the brand and a lot of the bigger manufacturers know this, so more often than not, a few components do not live up to their hype. Order Advice
This is where we, quite simply, are the bomb. When we build your machine (remember every single PC is custom built) should we find something that doesn’t quite work the way we expected, or doesn’t perform as advertised etc, we will advise you on the best possible route to take with your build. We will advise you on an upgrade or improvement to make sure you’re getting the PC you really wanted in the first place.
Oh right, maybe I should have mentioned this…improvements at NO additional cost.
Build Quality
When we build a new machine, we ensure that the PC is 100% up to scratch. We will not compromise. We take pride and care when building a machine, and if it doesn’t meet our standards, we work on it until it’s up to standard.
Testing
Every PC that is built goes through some rigorous quality checks and live testing once it has been built. This involves lots of burn in software, running multiple benchmarking programs at the same time and generally stress the machines to the max for a full 24 hours, way beyond what the avid gamer would never reach!
If any component looks like it may give any trouble at the point of testing the machine, we’ll replace it right there and then and begin testing and tuning all over again.
All the components are tested when they are originally manufactured to try and ensure nobody receives anything dead on arrival (i.e us) or quite shockingly impaired, a few things do slip through the fishing net though so our rigorous procedures will identify those problem items and then we rectify it, yes, this means your computer gets checked twice and then some. Talk about peace of mind!

Keeping you in the loop
Sometimes drivers and BIOS releases can cause an unwanted effect to your rig. Some faulty BIOS’s can actually mean death to your system. We will go out of our way to try and let you know about problem drivers and BIOS releases to ensure you have a hassle free time keeping your system up to date. We have a database of all our existing customers with all the information about the PC so that if a driver falls into this 'undesired' category we’ll send you an e-mail and give you a bit of pre-warning. Why do we do this? Well it’s pretty simple; we don’t need people coming back to us complaining of poor performance or dead computers through no fault of our own. Makes sense and keeps our customers happy and well informed. This system is ‘almost’ like a recall system put into place from car manufacturers.
The Asonda Tech CD
With every sale you’ll receive a glorious little CD, containing lots of little programs to test and diagnose your own PC. Remember owning a power PC is nothing like owning a regular PC, so these utilities can monitor heat, CPU and GPU clock speeds and all sorts of other things. Plus we can include all the latest drivers we have used when building YOUR machine.
Warranty
As well as a standard 12 month guarantee we do have a range of extended warranty options that will cover you in the event of anything terrible going wrong past that point.
