We stock and supply a number of options for upgrade, including Hard Drives, RAM, DVD-RW Drives, etc and we will happily quote for the installation of any peripheral you require. Maintenance contracts are available at very competitive rates and will be tailored to suit your budget.
LAPTOP REPAIRS
We provide a laptop repair service, and will happily arrange to have your laptop picked up by courier from anywhere in the UK and dropped back to you repaired via the same service. Our rates are very competitive and we charge only the cost price for carriage. All repairs will be subject to initial agreement after we provide a quotation for the work required - we will not carry out the work until you have agreed to go ahead.
FAIR BILLING - NO TRAVEL FEES
If and when we come out to your home or office for an onsite service call, you will only be charged for the time the technician is actually there, not for their travel time. We do require a one hour minimum service call but that is the only restriction. If your problem is solved within the hour, you are entitled to use the technician's time for the remainder of the hour, tuning your system, tutoring you on proper care of the machine or the use of software. Likewise, if we take your PC to our custom workshops, then we will only charge for the time spent actually interacting with your machine.
REMOTE ASSISTANCE
We can offer remote access servicing to your computer. It involves the downloading of a piece of access software, and we can then access your PC over the internet. The work done can then be watched onsite whilst we sort out your problem. We offer this service in conjunction with and aswell as our maintenance contracts.
